Up until March 31st, 2022, our support systems will be exhibited in 4 halls

Finally, Expo Dubai has come true. The Expo Edition was postponed due to the pandemic and was officially opened on October 1st, this year. “Connecting minds, creating the future” is the main theme for this first universal exhibition to be organised the Arab country of Dubai. 192 Exhibitor Countries are taking part in this international event.

The United Arab Emirated decided to make big investments in the Expo, creating a very large area – over 400 hectares (over twice the surface of the Milan Expo 2015) – and 8 billion dollars invested just in infrastructure.

As a Company, we are there to show three interesting products to the world:

  • Kalibro (special one riggin) in the main hall and in the Argentinian Hall.
  • Arakno in the Japan and Brasil Halls.
  • Kite in the Argentinian Hall.

Kalibro’s flexibility is surely an added value for international events

Its sturdiness is one of its crucial features to be a reliable support system during long events like Expo Dubai 2020. It is not supposed to deteriorate over the event and be as functional and effective as possible. In an environment such as an exhibition hall, ready to host thousands of visitors wishing to have new experiences and take photos, elegance is a must too. And this is exactly how Kalibro was designed: function-oriented, yet perfectly integrating in any supporting structure with elegance – thanks to its carefully crafted design.

All of this makes it a perfect support system for large international exhibitions. In this case Kalibro is not just visible at the very entrance, but also inside of the Argentinian Hall, where a multimedia presentation with immersive contents has been arranged. The presentation focuses on productivity, tourism, culture, and sports in Argentina.

Kite- perfect support system for large images

Similarly to Kalibro, Kite is also visible in the Argentinian Hall. The latter comes into play when large-sized projectors must be used. No external tools are required for micrometric adjustment on the three rotation axes. It enables stable and resistant calibration in different position:

  • horizontal
  • vertical
  • floor-mounted
  • truss-mounted
  • ceiling-mounted
  • stacked

Together with this, several projection options are possible:

  • landscape
  • portrait
  • floor projection.

It is furthermore possible to stacked two or more projectors.

Arakno

Could one of the most appreciated products be missing at the event? As well as the most popular ones? of course they could not. Arakno is in Dubai too and was selected for two exhibition halls: Brasil and Japan. No doubt, Arakno is an evergreen.

Why?

Easy: it makes the system compact, and confers full structure modularity at the same time, avoiding stiff parts. The sizes are different, from MAXI to Mini, all the way through to WALL and Plate. The Standard model usually meets most requirements and can support video-projectors up to 45 Kg weight. You can find all of its main features here.

Like the Argentinian Hall, also the Brasilian one offers an immersive experience, perfect to fully exploit the potential of our support systems. The screens surrounding a small lake aim at communicating biodiversity in the Amazon River.

From Latin America to Asia, Arakno takes Japan to the next Expo – which will take place in Osaka in 2025. The protagonist here is sustainable architecture mixing traditional water with Eastern paper to protect against solar radiation.
