Arakno made many events possible, among which a stunning multimedia installation in Milan, where visitors can discover the great Leonardo da Vinci’s real life as an engineer, sculptor and inventor.

The city of Milan is dedicating unprecedented reconstructions of Leonardo’s machineries and restoring his paintings for a world premiere to celebrate the 500th anniversary of his death.

The exhibition encompasses 7 video-installations – among which 5 interactive installations – involving the visitor in a story made up of images and sounds telling about Leonardo and his heritage and explaining much of his as well as our own times.
The installations are:

  • Leonardo and the imagination machine at Palazzo Reale
  • A dedicated area at the Museo della scienza e della tecnologia (Museum of Science and Technology)

The multimedia installation was possible thanks to ARAKNO, the professional video-projector support designed, patented (also in the US) and distributed all over the world by the mother company. This support system is perfect for all installations requiring a perfect calibration solution: easy, stable and beautifully designed.

Euromet is particularly glad to be among the partner suppliers for the Leonardo da Vinci exhibition, in cooperation with Neo Tech srl, since we consider this Tuscan Genius and Artist a model as well.
Leonardo’s engineering works are for Euromet an inspiration for planning and creating new solutions: innovative, effective and beautifully designed products – just like ARAKNO.

Thanks to its features and versatility ARAKNO is a solution that was used for other important events and exhibitions, among which:
